The Professional Monthly and the Terminological Vocabulary

 

The Czech Road Society, r. c. publishes the professional monthly Road Review and takes part in the quarterly Traffic Engineering editing.

In most Road Review issues these parts of the contents could be found:

• Professional public inquiry,
• Topical events and news,
• History,
• Index,
• Directions for authors,
• Advertisements,
• Order for subscription,
• Contacts.

The four-languages professional terminological vocabulary as edited by the World Road Association PIARC contains more than 1700 terms. At present, the Czech version contains more than 1600 items, i. e. 93% of the original English version.
